Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your article must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Several types of products can not be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines can not be returned. We do not accept either of products or intimate use health, hazardous materials or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that can not be returned:

* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable)
* Books with clear signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game tape or vinyl disc that was opened.

Only regular price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchange (if applicable)

If the returned item was identified as a gift when buying and if it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift of a credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent by mail.
